ABOUT US

The Club Sawutu Social Club of Nigeria started in the year 2018 with its initial name SOUTH SOCIAL CLUB OF NIGERIA. The name that was coined by the then present general of Trinity Market Association Chief Emmanuel Ubanatu. Chief Emmanuel Ubanatu made the pronouncement during baby powder rubbing at Zone C Trinity Market.

The members who were present at the time the name was given were; Mr. Albert Mbanude, Mr. Victor Odo, Mr. Lotachi Nwankwo, Mr. Kehinde Lawal, Mr. Chidi Egwu (MC at the event), Comrade Johnpaul Nwaka, Mr. Eze Egwu and Mr. Benneth Uchejigbo.

2. To promote and assist members in achieving a full and independent life.
3. To seek common interest in promoting unity, peace, progress and development of the community.
4. To encourage and imbibe the habit of savings.

 

OUR MISSION

1. To be good ambassadors of the Club in our capacity as individuals and members of integrity group.
2. To uphold equal opportunities, ensuring no less favorable treatment is given to members, example, marital status, religion and ethnicity.
3. To care for the interest and welfare of members of the Club if possible and where necessary.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

So far so good, the Club has been able to achieve numerous things since its advent.

(1) The Club has a business committee that buys and sells cars of all type and makes gain on behalf of the Club.
(2) The Club has empowered members by giving out substantial amount for business and otherwise.
(3) The Club support members in their various businesses by giving out loan to members with very little interest.
(4) The Club has a football Club where members trained and get good health and fitness.
To mention but a few.

In conclusion, this brief history of Sawutu Social Club of Nigeria just served as a milestone and not a comprehensive story about the Club. Therefore the story can be subjected for research.
